He had 10 years as OC/QB coach at FSU. Yes. That's not head coaching experience.
But I would take long looks at any 10 year coordinator from a top 20 P5 program.

He spent the previous ten years at P5 Florida State under Bobby Bowden, seven of those as his OC.
You get me a coordinator like that and I'll be happy. A lot happier than this schmo at Temple coming in.
