You mean like Navy (top 15), USC, Clemson (#1), Stanford, Temple, and Pittsburgh?
Notre Dame has done all this without their starting QB, starting TE, and starting RB.

How many of those teams are still ranked? In that case WVU, TN, TTECH, TCU, BAYLOR, OK STATE are all top 20 teams OU has beaten. 2 of them will be top 10 teams on the road.
