Have you ever been to MSU. The flag doesn't really fly on campus. The only place you can find it is in one of the cafeterias. And that is because they have the flag of every state/country a student is from in there. Literally while I've been in school here that is the only place I've seen it.
We didn't take it down because it is hard to find it. You have to actively go looking for it to find it because it is not flown outside.
