I really don't think using an aberration against the best run defense in the country as evidence of a trend is wise.
Arkansas rush defense isn't exactly chopped liver.
Arkansas has faced some damn good RBs this year. It took the lone 100 yard rusher 4 OTs to get there.

Other teams and RBs have done much better. This is hard to explain and more importantly to excuse. The best athlete behind the best OL, my god people.

Very doubtful. Booger quit last year against Arkie after Reuben destroyed him on the kick return. He quit last night(didn't even show up), and Stroke Mouth will have the pigs primed for the kill. Booger does pretty good when he can get up a 7 yard head of steam with out contact or having to use his poor vision to find a hole, and everything is going his way.
The pigs will not let that happen like some of the lesser teams L5U beat up on early.
The problem for L5U will be stopping the Hogs offense with a K Steel led defense. That was the worst and weakest L5U defense I have seen since 2008z

Oh no doubt. But even most Bama fans expected him to get yards last night. I was a complete shocking failure on both him and the line. It would take a similar meltdown, and I can't see that happening. Doesn't mean it won't, but I wouldn't put money on them performing that way this weekend.

You think?
I think that depends on if your defense can get off the field...I like our offense against your defense and us being able to hold on to the ball.
They doubled our possession.
No, I don't think Arkansas will be able to dominate us in that way. Possession will likely be around equal.

I don't see the point in downplaying your defense after weeks of pumping them up just to troll. But whatever makes you happy.

While we aren't by any means Alabama up front...we are good at stopping the run because of our rotation of 9 guys on the Dline.
Arkansas doesn't have problems with an offense like LSU runs. Power I, pro style offense is what this defense is built to stop. Downhill runners is what its built to stop. Henry had a hard time finding yards against our front 7.
Arkansas has a problem when it is presented with a spread team that has a scrambling QB. Its as if we go into full retard mode.
Early on, my feeling is that LSU is going to have a hard time moving the ball and will need to rely on Harris making plays with both his arms and feet to keep drives alive.

Wrong dude, no troll. Soon, that was my response to your trolls. Bad news, soon happened, again. One team was going to be exposed, I consistently posted which one. It was so easy that Vegas knew it, the committee knew it...

Thats what Arkansas does.
At Tennessee, Arkansas ran 42 plays in the 2nd half. Tennessee ran 17.
Against Auburn, Arkansas held the ball 6:00 longer
Against Ole Miss, Arkansas had a 41:03 to 18:57 advantage in TOP
Arkansas usually wins the TOP in games. Even if Allen is dropping bombs, Arkansas seems to use every second of the play clock.

Will Fournette get 100 yards this week against Arkansas? by Hawgeye
Yes.Probably in the 1st half... Arkie can try to do what Bama did, but they aren't as good as Bama is... LSU ROLLS Arkie............

And LSU had possession 7 minutes more than State, 7 minutes longer than Auburn, and basically even with Florida.
We both play a similar game. I think we play it a little bit better.
