He's right about Towles though. He just had it that night. He hasn't, before or after, consistently made throws like he did against us. Add in their WR (#2 I think) making two ridiculous catches. One for a TD, one on 3rd and a mile. Both times in blanket coverage. The same guy who a week before dropped an easy TD that likely would have led to them beating Florida. In fact, they had a reel they played during that game showing how inaccurate he was in the Florida game missing several throws to open WR. Not to mention the egregious PI penalty that led directly to a TD and the fact they stole our Cover 2 signal (not complaining, that's our fault).
We've played better games defensively this year. A lot better, but we didn't play poorly at all. UK just made some great plays on offense.

I can assure you that if Mullen, or any coach were talking to another school that didn't have a vacancy at this point, there wouldn't be any way you would know about it.
