Does LSU have one of the worst special teams in the FBS?

Are special teams not a part of the game?

Do you honestly think that y'all would get 2 special teams TD's to keep the game close in another matchup? Let's be realistic. If LSU doesn't completely gift multiple touchdowns in a rematch we end up curb stomping y'all. Our offense and defense were both far superior to y'all's all game, the team that has to depend on special teams TD's loses 9/10 times

Leonard fumbled barely went out
Lucky arse hail Mary our db slipped
Trick play
Your special teams sucks

Sorry. You lose that fumble and no trick play and it's a whole different ball game. Add in the lucky hail Mary which are always luck you throw it up and hope someone comes down with it.

Probably not.

Domingue is 9-9 for field goals and 35-35 for extra points.

The point being made here is that UF's offense didn't score 28 pts because of offensive 70+ yard drives!!!

Granted, turnovers and special teams are part of the game but the UF offense scored all of 14 pts offensively;

- One of which was after a short punt inside the 15 yard line. UF still needed 4 downs to eventually throw a touchdown pass that Treon almost waited too late on

- The other was a bomb to Calloway down the sideline as Treon was scrambling. Both he and BH threw up a ball that their receivers made a great play on.

LSU's offense looked better during that game, and it wasn't as close as the score would indicate.
