The UF running game was really solid today, especially in the 2nd half.

Is that the OL finally improving after 2 weeks of rest, Treon at QB and his mobility, or just Georgia sucking really bad?

Think it's a combination of coaches doing self scouting in the bye week and UGA just not being very good against the run. I love a 1-2 punch of Taylor and Scarlett. They are very different backs and I think it works.

We need to start rushing our freshmen more. Especially if we move forward with Harris. We need to just run more -- jet sweeps to the edge, all that jazz.

I think, though, we just have Georgia's number man. Kind of like Tennessee at this point. Richt is also abysmal at coaching the big game.

Muschamp is just an awful, awful head coach and his losses were inexcusable.

I saw a determination to run the ball....Taylor really put his whole body and soul into it and hit small holes with authority. Fresh legs can cause a Scarlett or Cronkite to bust one ...UGA was getting tired. Their defense is actually pretty damn good...we just stayed on more due to the 3 & outs by UGA offense...they only had 12 first downs.

And lets give some credit to the big uglies...they did their job and if you noticed we used extra blocking help a lot...on third downs or near the goal line...which I loved seeing. The extra were mostly DL brought in for beef and double TEs.

We need to use these next few weeks to get Harris comfortable with roll outs and play action, and get the running game going.

We should beat Vandy, Cocky, and FAU without too much trouble before playing FSU.

We should take the girls school behind the woodshed and lift her dress up before smacking that azz. Our defense will be all over them.

USC might be a tougher win...although they lost to A&M...it was on the road...but the Cocks put up a battle. They will probably fight us with a lot of determination..their interim coach has fire and brimstone in his eyes and now that he has taken over...he is auditioning for the job. Beat us and he might be the new HC...never know.

Really think our offensive line is turning the corner somehwat. They did a solid job the majority of the game. KT has been running like his life depends on it and Scarlett is getting it.

He (Scarlett) may be the most naturally gifted RB we've had in some time. His size/speed combo is big time.

Scarlett runs very similarly to how Derrick Henry runs IMO.

Georgia is just really bad, especially on offense. Their lack of a competent offense puts too much pressure on the other parts of the game. Defense can't keep up staying on the field all day and the special teams has to press too much to make a big play.

How they keep Reggie Davis on the field is mind blowing. He is just plain out bad. He dropped sure TD catch in end zone against UT that sealed UGAs fate....he was wide fricking open...then he muffs punt...dropped passes against us and he has been like this for a while. Something wrong in Athens.

Before we crown anyone we should remember the numbers Henry put up on that Georgia D. They aren't very good.

Pruitt goes full retard some times. Run at Floyd, a lot of UFs big plays were to the side of Floyd.

Agreed....

And we need to STOP RUNNING THE BALL WITH POWELL.

He's useful as a WR, but only has 14 rushing yards on the season on 7 attempts.

Amen pass the ammo. Cant use him on sweeps much against good SEC teams...they will stop those plays. He lost yardage with that sweep play and it puts our offense in a bad down/distance situation. I do like the short pitchout to Taylor to pick up 2-3 yds when we have extra blockers in...UGA never adjusted to that and we ran it 3 times with success including a TD.

Best goalline play. If it is blocked well, TD. If it is blocked OK, KT will make one guy miss, TD.

This, basically. Defense just wears down. UGA's defensive depth isn't very good. Started 5 true freshmen on Saturday.

Crow...defense is ok....but starting 5 true frosh isnt good....we have true frosh playing on offense more than defense...but we rotate the DL and CeCe Jefferson is playing a lot of snaps and we have a lot of true sophs playing on defense....few juniors and two seniors.

We win with defense and have enough offense that we can generate points and make other teams throw.

Sad...the WLOCP had no fights...UGA has given up on Richt or vice versa...the fire is gone.
