how would you feel about 8-4

As of now tennessee has played the toughest schedule in the ncaa. We are also one of the youngest teams. We have been in every game in the 4th and no one has just dominated us. If we win out and are 8-4 and then win a bowl game how will you feel about the season and where we are headed?

I'd feel ok about it, not excited by any means.
We need to step up on the recruiting trail for me to feel good about 8-4.

well, 8-4 was about what i thought in the pre season...

I'll feel really good about it, 8-4 was the best record I thought we could achieve coming into the year so I'll be pleased

That is what I predicted before the season. So I would be fine. As long as we are moving forward and not backwards.

8-4 would be the best season we've had since 2007 so I would be very happy with that

Wish we won them all since we had chances to, but 8-4 is pretty good compared to recent years. Then shoot for 10+ next year

We have of course had some heartbreaking losses this year but as the year progresses I feel like the Arky loss is gonna be the most perplexing

Arky was the most inexcusable loss for sure. 8-4 and we blow these remaining scrubs the frick out, beat the shite out of a big 10 team in a January bowl, and then secure a top 15/10 class and I'll be sipping the koolaide again as time wears on in the offseason.

Preseason I would have been content/happy with 8-4. But given how we squandered some big leads late in games 8-4 just wouldn't be the same in hindsight.

Pretty much the way I feel. We are good enough to be 7-1 right now, but we're 3-4.

We should be 7-1. We could easily be 8-0. We're 3-4 and have lost to any team worth a shite. The worst thing about that is the way we lost those games. We definitely have the talent stocked back up.
The rest of the teams on the schedule are garbage, winning out means frick all.

This. Plus several of the teams we thought would be good/really good aren't that good. UF was a little better, but I still do not think they are a good team. I will be pretty disappointed if we do not win out, and I have a feeling we won't.

I would feel great if we win out... including the bowl game.
This team has the potential to blow every team that remains on the schedule out. Winning out in convincing fashion would have me feeling great about next season.
