Yeah, when you look at what guys like Gary Pinkel, Art Briles, and this year Jim Harbaugh have done with lesser talent, it makes me wonder why we keep saying we have to stack another 15 top 10 recruiting classes before we have a shot. At some point, we can't keep beating the recruiting drum; at some point we've got to look at coaching/development.

tbf, all 3 of those guys started off losing in low pressure jobs. They were given the time to develop players without any pressure to win. It's why many people like that fail when they move to other, bigger jobs (obviously Harbaugh hasn't but the list is very long). None of those guys would have made it out of year 3 at A&M with their results
