Maybe, but Richt looked over the evaluation, made his own, and offered him his letter of intent.
By any standard, I'd say that Shockley belongs to Richt's recruiting legacy. IMO, of course.

Richt may have recruited him, but he also put him on the bench for 4 years. And Richt said he would not have recruited Greene had he been here earlier.
