Richt also won the SEC twice
Two sugar bowls
Play away from the natty
And has had Georgia as a national title contender multiple times

This comparison is stupid as frick

If Richt quit tomorrow, because of Cancer or Jesus or some non-football related reason, and you had to find a new coach, and you had three of your favorite resumes in front of you, and you are the AD.... you have to make a decision.. and you pray about it... you pray to God for a sign... imagine if a visitor from the future and/or and angel visited you in your office, and told you that one of those coaches would go 10 years without an SEC Championship.... you ask about the other two resumes, and the angel/futurist declined to tell you their futures.... would you hire the guy guaranteed to not win the SEC for the next ten years? Or would you roll the dice with one of the other unknowns?

I want you to think about this. I want you to be a big boy. I want you to think about this, and reply back. Not tonight. I want you to think about it and sleep on it for a night. Or two nights. Or however long it takes you to give this scenario the deliberation it deserves. Then I want you to come back and share your thoughts. Not your feelings, your thoughts.

Am I asking too much from you?

I don't know man, asking certain posters to use logic and reason might lead them to conclusions they can't to come grips with.

I don't need the time. I would immediately throw the non SEC Championship coaches resume in the trash. Without a second thought.
