The player was taunting Cam right up in his face. Pushing like that happens all game, its football.
Bert clearly was initiating contact with a player on the opposing team trying to draw a reaction. Pretty classless move. Congrats that your coach schooled a 19 year old

Pushing like that happens after every play. Bert is supposed to be an adult
