You need an overall team effort with good to great players at all positions. Chubb isn't a great running back without a great offensive line to open holes. That's why you need great coaching.

I think I understand why the state of Georgia is so star happy now. I never got it before why all the hawks fans showed up when Lebron was in town, or when all the fans bailed on the Thrashers when Kovolchuk left, but we got a handful of players that made the "team" better.
