Almost certainly not.

When's the last time the NCAA made a team actually forfeit a game?

They've fallen in love with this idiotic 'vacated' shait where they take the win away from one team but don't give a win to the other.

....which occurred over the summer....so we wouldn't have any games forfeited/vacated....because he's yet to play this year.

If Ole Miss was at risk of having to forfeit all games they'd just play Tunsil. What's the point of sitting him if you will have to forfeit games anyway?
