correct. it definitely was helmet to helmet. one angle shows it very clearly. what i saw that i don't think anyone has mentioned is that rsj didn't have to move. he ran towards the defenseless player and launched, albeit slightly. according to the rule, he could have positioned himself, stood still and still delivered a block for the runner.

So what now players are just supposed to stop and not play, he didn't lower his head and launch, he made a blindside block, albeit a vicious one, but it was just a blindside block.
