You conveniently left off the 59-0 TAMU score . Truth is Bama is better on defense this year--stats are skewed as we have played 3 top 25 teams while most teams like LSU haven't played anyone yet. Offense is really about the same. Biggest difference is we don't have Coop at WR, but our OL is better, Henry is better and Ridley could turn into a star and make Coker's job a lot easier. Bama may drop another game this year but it won't be more than that, this is a very solid team as long as they aren't giving away 5 turnovers in a game.

Bama played 2 teams that are in the top 25 and loss to one of them.

If you are counting Wisconsin then you have to count Auburn and Miss St and your argument is still invalid. Bama has a great team, as they always do. I think this year's team isn't quite as good as years past, but they may still get better and that doesn't mean they can't win it all. Honestly though I don't think the OP was trying to say Bama was not good or less than anything. I think he was just pointing out that it was foolish for the pundits to think that Bama would not beat UGA. I said that all week. You never count them out.

I alluded to that score. Everyone knows what happened. But I didn't want to get into a pissing match about A&M only for Aggies to hijack a thread and make it about them.

Look. All I'm saying is that Bama should know by now, that they will play 3 to 4 teams mentally tougher than UGA from the West, every year. It should come as no surprise that UGA was unprepared for what Bama did to them.

You know, there are LSU fans that cry after the EMU game because Les Miles didn't score another TD with one minute left, and the ball on the 2-yard line. They cry because Leonard Fournette had to sit on 233 yards rushing, and not break the record. They don't understand the small things that a coach does, like this, keeps players hungry, builds their character, increases their mental toughness. Saban shows a similar approach.

But these teams that run up the score, instead of trying to work on their weaknesses when the game is over, or the teams that leave their star running back in the game to break records, instead of letting others get valuable reps, it's indicative of teams that have no mental discipline, and coaches don't see the need for it, or just don't know how to do it.

Then you run into a team like Bama, who specializes on out-thinking you, the final score is 38-10

I mean.. I don't want to undermine your schedule at all, but Wisconsin scored 3 times as many points on you as they did on Iowa while Ole Miss scored 4 times as many points on you as they did on Florida...
Your defense is not better than last year.
You guys try to point out that Ole Miss only won because of "fluke" turnovers, but gloss over the fact that you were +4 (counting the punt block/return) in turnovers against Georgia?
