I always liked him. It seems his schemes fizzled after he left USM somewhat, but they worked pretty well there. Then again, he had a lot of talent there as well (before you laugh, yes USM used to have damn good D talent).

They used to have the best talent in Conf. USA, which allowed his talent-based schemes to work there, as well.
