Borges offense worked when he had players. As soon as the recruiting went to shite his offense really went to shite. It's predicated on having a 5* RB that you can feed the ball to & really rely upon.

Everywhere Borges has been seems like he did well for a couple years and then fell apart. You're probably right about the recruiting on that front.
