As a 3-4 NT. He would've rode the bench there for a very long time. Even Alabama fans didn't understand his recruitment. And guess what? He didn't end up at Alabama or Mississippi State. If those schools wanted him he'd be there.

Right, because MSU staff did all that work to get him qualified out of the kindness of their hearts.
