It's 3 blocks N. of Broad St. & there's a lotta Boy Scout/Church lots that'll get you close to downtown & benefit some local organizations. 8-10 min. walk max to Broad St. & 25-30 min. total to Sanford... Prolly $20-$25 max to park...
ETA: saw you said about 10:30... Doubt much will be left very close to downtown... Good luck...
