Gators are 4-0 overall and 2-0 in conference. They beat UK who beat MU and they have Ole Miss and LSU from the west this year. If they win this weekend I would say, yes, they have gotten back to their former self.

At this point it looks like UGA and UF will battle for control of the East.

For me it's TBD. Not saying they aren't but I haven't seen enough to say yes.

UF is in good position, and they very well could win this weekend but they aren't close to their former self.

Well, I guess that depends on which former self you are talking about.

The fact that Florida may be a contender in the East this year shows you how shitty the East actually is.
