Was thinking about maybe organizing a get together of bama and A&M fans somewhere in sugar land when A&M plays bama. But not sure if I'll be able to pull it off, very busy month ahead

Gotcha. What part of SL are you in?
I'll be at the game and I assume a lot of Ags will. That's easily out biggest home game this year.

I used to do a little cowboy day work at the George Ranch when it was still a ranch

Not much ranching nowadays. Longhorns for the tourists and gas wells... lots of them.

Yep, I was working on a job in Beasley last year and drove around some of the back roads and man has it changed, damn subdivisions everywhere

Holy shite. We had a stone business in Beasley for about 6 years. Savannah Stone about 1/2 mile south of the Chevron but on other side of the road. Sold it about 2 years ago. That Chevron has our stone on it.
We have 760 acre duck lease not too far from East Bernard... close to Chesterville. Slowly but surely houses are coming out that way. Another 5 years and someone will be bitching about the noise during hunting season.
