Same effect, when they require citizens to abide to an unlawful registry of their firearms. Submit to illegal records of their ownership or don't buy. An infringement of their 2nd Amendment rights. I wouldn't expect you to understand or comprehend that though.

I don't agree with this law but this is the dumbest argument in the entire thread. For over 20 years the federal government has required a picture ID and registration from every licensed dealer in the country for every firearm transaction.
