No, they go against the best they will see all year everyday in practice.

I laugh every time I hear something like this. Practice is practice. Games are an entirely different deal. I do think it helps your oline facing your very good dline, but it isn't the same. This will be the first time your freshmen olinemen have seen a truly great 3-4 defense.
