what I don't understand is spurrier said the same freaking thing a week before bert. I also think Dan mullen said something about thier schedule as well. why is it since bert said something is it controversial?

Even though he (CBB) maybe shouldn't have mentioned any names (Ohio State), their schedule IS easier than ours and in fact most of the SEC teams.

Yeah, but losing to fricking Toledo kinda throws water on that. It's one thing if Bert throws shade at OSU for having an easy schedule and then we go lose to Bama or LSU because that pretty much proves his point, but it's another if he's doing it and we then lose to a MAC team that is the 3rd or 4th best team in Ohio.

Spurrier has actually won a lot in the SEC, and he's done it at two different programs, both of which were dumpster fires when he took over. Bert hasn't done shite in this conference.

I believe it was the same reporter who kept saying something along the lines of "Can you talk to the difficulty of your remaining schedule compared to some like... Ohio State for example?..."

He specifically threw tOSU in there to be able to use it in headlines because it's a key search term and only idiots would care. And sure enough, it finally stuck when his first two articles on Spurrier and Mullen didn't stick.
