My complaint is that he is a failure at keeping the team up, motivated and ready to play for a complete season

That's at least defensible. Complaining about UGA QB play is laughable. QB play has mostly been good to great under Richt with the exceptions of the Tereshinski/Stafford season (Tereshinski should have never been playing QB in the SEC and Stafford was really raw as a freshman) and the Joe Cox season.

You mean like Saban against Arkansas last season? Or Bileima against Toledo this season? Malzahn against Jax State? Miles against Auburn last year?

Can you name me one coach that manages to do that on a regular basis?
