Bryant, Saban, and Neyland all won more than FOUR national championships. Spurrier only won one. And that championship, like Alabama 2011, was a lucky mulligan.
He's definitely a top 10 coach in SEC history, but he's not in the same universe as Saban and the others, despite having a winning record vs. Saban. Besides, who loses twice in a row to Mike Dubose and loses 34-7 the second time?![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

I think Spurrier is the 4th best in SEC history behind each of the 3 in the OP only because of National championships, but come on, to call 52-20 lucky is a joke.
