I'd agree with this. Across the board.


Marriage ought to be a religious event only. For legal issues, get a lawyer, sign contracts, designate Power of Attorney, have a will and whatever other legal issue one is concerned about in the event of a catastrophic injury or death or disbursement of assests. As well as for custody issues.

It predates religion entirely and was purely secular before religion came along and co-opted it entirely.

The butthurt you and other social conservatives have over two consensual adults enjoying their civil rights beyond the reach of ignorant lawmakers and ignorant masses is pathetic. Get over it.
