No. This is an internal employee of Tennessee, the director of a department responsible for decisions exactly like this, pushing for this.

the Pride Center does not have any power to make a university wide decision like this. That's what this lady is the "director" of. They're basically a support group for the gay community. And the office of diversity has a chancellor that provides oversight to all the different social groups on campus. They, also, have no power to make a university-wide decision like that.

I know you want this to be something the University, as a whole, is pushing for because it's funny, but that's just not the case.
