Known something like this has been coming for a while. Maybe it'll force a well-needed cleaning of the AD
ETA: Also in before other fans act like their AD is squeaky-clean

We're talking about a school whose accreditation was in jeopardy.
Who among us are surprised by this?

All about the W's, folks
But for real. If stupid athletes want to take easy courses to graduate and get a mid level management job at a local store then who am I to judge

And yet the AU degree will fetch more money on the job market than a UA degree.
Let that sink in.

Yeah, I mean it's not a shocker. A lot of these kids on college football teams have no business in college. This isn't something that's unique to AU. At least it was just lobbying and not academic dishonesty. I'm glad that part is cleaned up.

So it's Public Administration now? What happened to Sociology?

How many Bama Athletes majored in Communication over the years.

Exactly. This isn't just an AU problem, this is a systemic issue at all levels of college athletics and most likely every single SEC school. Anyone who says otherwise is full of it.

They switch over time as to not draw too much attention most likely. PA degrees, although easy, have a broad range of relevancy on a job market.

It's almost as if they lack something. Can't put my finger on it. Some sort of control. It'll come to me

I enjoyed all of the outrage at the UNC scandal. Yet no one asked the athletes why they felt they'd been wronged by choosing to take BS classes.

Considering the Communications program at UA is nationally recognized, that would be a good thing wouldn't it?

Not sure what this has to do with the subject but appreciate your interest in the program. Alabama has one of the best Communications schools in the country. Visit UA.edu for more information
