Could I elaborate on what? UGA is the team with the arrest title that nevertheless claims Auburn is some school of dirty play and thuggery.

The truth of the matter is that UGA fans were quite sensitive to AU's success in 2010. AU added fuel to the fire by how NF played in that game, which UGA responded to in a similarly "dirty" fashion. Subsequent to 2010, there has been a lot of (IMO largely one sided) animosity in this rivalry. At this point, I think it's largely cooled on account of the 2013 win and the 2014 blowout, both of which I attended and neither of which I felt matched the hostility of prior years, even when both were ripe candidates for some shite to go down.

You said it was subjective, "you know, like UGA claims against AU". I don't know.

Au's 2010 success has nothing to do with the current state of hostility. AU's dirty play has everything to do with it.

I know there's no way to actually prove this to you, but we(most of us) honestly don't care that you won a championship. There's obviously going to be some that are bothered by this, but the majority of our fan base really doesn't care. Y'all had a great year and played excellent football. No doubt y'all earned every bit of the recognition for that year, but it has no effect on us at all.

Again, the fact that the entire world saw how dirty Nick Fairly was and is, but Auburn fans refuse to acknowledge it is something that bothers us. There is no denying that. He did everything he could to injure another player. That's fricked up and I think most fans would agree with me on that sans the Auburn crowd.

If you want to go on believing we're jealous of your success, then so be it. We can't really control your ego, but don't be surprised when we tell you you're full of shite.

No we weren't. I don't know how else to say it. We were/are pissed off the way Fairley played and the way (mostly younger) Auburn fans defended his actions and tried to rub it in the face of Georgia fans.
