This is awkward but LSU is... possibly in the top ten Arkansas rivalries? Maybe not quite there?
Texas. Then way back Alabama, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, the rest of the SWC...
LSU is sort of tied with Tulsa. Still, let us be honest, way ahead of MSU or Vanderbilt.

Truth is, A&M is LSU's biggest rival whether they acknowledge it or not.
The way to get to the root is to ask "losing to which team would be most likely to cause you to want to get blind drunk and run naked onto an Interstate highway..."
Ole Miss and Arky are right there too...because of the amount of deep-hurt BS the LSU fans have to absorb after a loss to those teams.
Deep down, LSU fans EXPECT to lose to Alabama and they respect both Auburn and Florida.. so not much angst about losing to them, hence rivalry status denied.
