Btw, looking forward to hopefully meeting ya on A&M/SC game weekend
Indeed. However, SC @ A&M on Halloween day? I may not necessarily remember the meeting.

No problem. Never been to or taken a course at Mays but there are some Bushies who have (for economics-type stuff) and they all seem to love it and are a highly intelligent group of people.
The school itself has a rather unpleasant facade though.

You'll have to ask the Ags about that. I think the university expanded significantly in the 60s and 70s and that was just the style. All the buildings in that part of campus look similar.
SC has some ugly looking all brick buildings built during that time too.

is it like 60s/70s gosh awful or is it ww2 plain?

like soviet bloc architecture
The campus was never planned to be pretty, I guess. Insides of lots of the buildings are pretty ornate, but you'd never tell which ones from the facades.

Most of the buildings were built when it was an all male military school and the bldgs were designed for function not looks, but the inside of the majority of then are really nice on the inside. A lot of the newer bldgs are much more modern in design.

Never seen GLNTC so I can't say but A&M is very tan, blocky, and rather utilitarian. Campus is nice the older buildings are just blah on the outside.
