this is pretty brilliant of Seattle. Pay for use for a number of years to get the saying mostly associated with the seahawks. Tell A&M to kiss your arse and cut paying them. It may not be able to be used by the actual franchise but it is in the mainstream now and wont go away. Bravo Seattle. That is how you do it.

So no more tshirts, posters, etc. with 12th Man or Home of the 12th Man. Can't help but think this will cut significantly into their merchandising sales.
