Cooper and Hernandez were just fine in 2009, and in 2012 Frankie Hammond, ommarius Hines, and Quinton Dunbar along with Jordan Reed were not bad in 2012.
Things got really bad in 2013, and have gotten worse since.
I think Mac said today the biggest issue is confidence. Which makes sense.

Drob is also decent, but he had some absolutely horrible drops and route running issues last year.
I also agree that confidence plays a huge role, and while Muschamp seemed to have a lot of it, no one on our team seemed to.
