I think most people, including the most Gump of Gumps and Boog of Boogs, know that the Arkansas team that played Auburn was far different from the one that played Alabama. They turned it on down the stretch.

They were the same team at the end of the years, as they were when they played AU. They had QB issues and if you could pass on them, you could beat them by double digits. They are getting a lot of credit for beating a reeling LSU Team (that could not throw the ball) and an injured and down Ole Miss team. If you remember Sims was barely .500 passing against them that night, and ARK DL stopped the run.
