1. No. Postseason polls are not a sign of respect. They are a measure of accomplishment.

2. Then why aren't they getting any now?

3. No, it's a sign of their recent accomplishments. If they had "earned" respect then why has everyone left them for dead after one 7-5 season?

Miss me with that "respect is earned" bullshite. It's given. What exactly did Georgia do last year to earn this respect? Got their shite pushed in by one of the worst Florida teams in recent history. Lost to the worst SC team in 5 years. Yall "earned" that lofty preseason ranking though...

Uga Beat 4 ranked teams by an average of 37-14 last year. Respect was earned in the field.

1. Tomayto / tomahto. Respect is largely based upon accomplishment.
2. They didnt look good last year, don't return a qb, and don't have star power.
3. Respect can be given or taken away. It's not permanent.
