Kendrick Lamar is the best in the rap game right now but if I had to choose between these two 2nd tier artists the latest edge goes to Drake even if he doesn't write his own music.

I don't really think Rae Sremmurd belongs on that list but that's just personal preference.

As for that list other than the top 2 it's really all jumbled up. Wiz Khalifa's new stuff is really good.
Just yesterday heard a couple Fetty Wap songs outside Trap Queen. He's unique. I don't have too much Migos that I listen to.
And mind you this is probably my 3rd most listened to genre behind alternative rock/indie rock and alt pop.

Just added Fetty and Kendrik to my Pandora list. I've heard these guys before. I try to stay ahead of my kids on the music. My wife is stuck in the 80's hair band bullshite.
