OP, I can tell you haven't been watching football for many years.
You should learn what is actually meant by 3rd and Chavis. It has nothing to do with third down conversation percentages.
Just go to the LSU board and ask them what is mean by 3rd and Chavis and you will have a better grasp of its meaning.
