Hispanic isn't a race. While it's dumb and there was absolutely a purpose behind the media describing Zimmerman as a white Hispanic, it was an accurate description.

Nah, it wasn't. White means European descended.
At best, he's half-Jewish. Jews are Semitic, thus "anti-Semitism". The remainder of his background is mostly Amerindian. Source: He looks like an Amerindian/Mestizo.
