He did get arrested, but was found not guilty, 6 months later, his younger brother was shot and killed by his girlfriend. He's been clean ever since.

he wasn't found not guilty. he pled it down to reckless driving. big difference. you don't get two years of probation for a misdemeanor speeding ticket, which is what little received
