Let students resell their student tickets to the general public for a profit. Allow the general public to sit in the student section without a student ID. Seat filled. Problem solved.

That is awful. The student section should be that...a place for students. If I was in the student section and was surrounded by adults telling people to sit down and quit spilling whiskey on everyone and to stop cussing I'd be irate.

No, we have 30,000 student seats and 40,000 that want to attend. If they don't want their seat they need to give it to a student that is having to sit out because we don't have enough seats.

Hell no! Students don't want their damn parents or some blue hairs sitting in their section scolding them to watch their language, trying to make them sit down or getting pissed about someone spilling bourbon all over the place.
