Cardio warm up should be for cardio days.
On days you lift you warm up by doing lifting motions.
Don't spread broscience, do your part.

that's not a bad idea. may start doing it. I just worry about muscle fatigue from the added reps.
I've been running a 7 minute mile on the treadmill before I workout for awhile now without any issue.
