yes but I'd like to play georgia, sc, and tennessee more often

This is the hang-up for most Tiger fans. It's also a shame that the players don't get to experience playing every other school at least once in their careers. I would be in favor of the 9-game conference schedule to help correct this some.

Most SEC fans would agree with you ... but it's never going to happen as long as Alabama controls the football offices in B-Ham. Not ever. Now, if something drastic were to happen and Bama was forced to acquiesce to some of the more simple demands of the rest of the conference, like a nine game schedule and/or giving-up the gimme win vs Tennessee every year ... or either let Auburn move to the East ... I dunno.

Bama is a double edged sword. It's great having the king in the family but .... I dunno.

This is why I want pods @ 16. You can set the schedule where you play everyone twice every 4 years plus whoever is in your pod yearly.
