I believe Auburn has held graduations JHS, but as far as an annual event I don't think so besides the HS playoffs every other year. AU is pretty protective of the turf IMO

I thought it was very common for college graduations to happen in the stadium?

As I said before, LSU has an agreement with the Bayou Country Superfest organizers that gets Tiger Stadium re-sodded afterwards at no expense to LSU.
So it's a case of win-win!
