They can withdraw from school. Nothing is stopping him from going to another university. He is just limited from playing bball at a few schools...he can attend those universities if he wishes, just like a regular student, since that is what you all want to compare athletes too...

Im really confused as to how this is even a problem. Why would you help any other school in state out? All Memphis has is basketball. Why would they want to help Tenn out with that. I could see this being a discussion for a football player maybe.

This line of logic is so bad. Most kids commit to schools to play for certain coaches and these coaches can bolt without consequence.
