Petrino's 2011 (2010 would work too) offense - last year's defense. Pretty much both of our 2010-2011 seasons would've been on the cusp of a national championship if we had a top level - or even mid level - defense like last season. 2011 would've been our best opportunity for that and we were ranked #3 behind Bama and LSU going into the final game of the season. We finished the year ranked #5, and that was with a patchwork defense that had NO stars whatsoever. Arkansas will never have a stifling defense due to our recruiting disadvantages, but last season is about as close as we've gotten in as long as I can remember.

The 2010 offense was so much better than '11, in my opinion.

uhm, what? You don't think a top 10 final defense ranking and two shutout of ranked SEC opponents counts as stifling? Ok...
