That must be why VA Tech had to bitch and moan to the legislature, to force UVA to block all ACC expansion that didn't include Tech.

UVA doesn't care about VT. They only supported VT's joining the ACC because the Virginia legislature brought pressure to bear. Virginia isn't going to let either school screw the other, but if UVA wants to go B1G, and VT wants to go SEC, the politicians aren't going to care.
