I don't buy that. Ole Miss for example, we consistenly repeated our standard series: 1st down, bubble screen. 2nd down, stretch run with Tra or Brandon. 3rd down, throw up a prayer to the sideline, 4th down punt. (One of these days I'm going to sit down with a pen and paper and tally up the number of drives that we had over the season that went exactly like that.)

Now that we've given them a 21 point cushion for the 2nd half, we start throwing intermediate passes over the middle and actually get something going, but it's too late. We don't have enough time to make up the difference and still almost did until the 75 yard interception return.

We always seem to do this with Ole Miss though. Both games we played there we kept them in it with turn-overs etc. The one here we did not execute and the last turnover was the clincher.
