All those prior "great" DCs on staff, all have had problems getting the defense off the field.
Instead of blaming these DCs who were praised as saviors at the time of their hire, perhaps one should question of there is change but results remain the same, then why is that?

There are dumbasses out there that want to blame the HUNH, but the reality was that Ellis Johnson was left behind by the game. All you have to do is see how he continued to play man coverage against Cooper during the IB last year. Again, AU doesn't need a great or even good Defense to get in the playoff, just an average one. That shouldn't require a savior, but I think Muschamp more than fills those requirements.

The same can be said about Arky's program. never seen so many fans talk shite when their team is averaging one SEC win over the last two years.
